Biography: A native Russian from Saint Petersburg, Tatiana found her second home in Los Alamos, New Mexico 25 years ago. In Russia, she pursued work in both the fashion and beauty industry where she owned and operated a private craft school.

Shortly after relocating to the United States, she opened her own business specializing in skin care. She has always enjoyed designing and making clothes, knitting, crocheting, quilting, and embroidering based on her own designs. However, as a child, she always had a passion for art.

In the spring of 2017, she finally decided to pursue this passion and started a new career as an artist in mixed media. She has enjoyed a notable degree of success. Her work has been featured all over New Mexico in top exhibitions and galleries; she has been interviewed on radio; and she has sold hundreds of her paintings.

She created “Happy Paintings” out a desire to express her inner self. Her philosophy is to portray positive energy and merriment by utilizing vibrant colors to share the beauty and inspiration she finds through her love of nature.  In nature, there are shapes, colors, textures, fragrances, sounds, and tastes to be experienced.  From rock formations to butterflies, all forms of Mother Nature have a deep intrinsic message, which echos their true essence. Tatiana conveys that spiritualis or "breath" from the nature around us through her art.
